Enabling Leaders Inspire People Towards Their Vision

We help organization leaders shape their visions into tangible meanings through a series of customized management workshops. The Vision-Information-People (VIP) module is used to design specific change programs for the organization.

Through a four phase process the module is customized to client specific situations and applied to:

  • Clarify and legitimize the vision of the leadership group by taking into account emerging trends and the organization’s visible and hidden potentials

  • Develop a shared sense of commitment in the organization towards the vision through application of a creative mix of communication tools

  • Design strategic initiatives which will enable the organization link the current processes and activities with the leadership’s visionary dream

  • Implement the first stage change programs to create the initial momentum.

As our firm believes that vision of leadership is one of the essential requirements for an organization to succeed, our module requires top management to closely work with the engagement team. The modular exercises demand very high levels of intellectual, spiritual and physical energies of the management team. Accordingly we introduce the exercises in a very careful manner after extensive management discussions. In addition, we continually adjust the pace of our work, depending upon the progress made by the management team in articulating leadership’s vision, truly believing in it, and committing to the cause.
