Instilling Management Discipline to Develop and Execute
Creative Strategies.

While vision provides the much needed stability for an organization, for its
aspirations to take shape, a Strategic Management System (SMS) is necessary to
enable the organization to think and act in a well orchestrated fashion, in concert
with the changes in the environment and the long-term vision.
We use a three phase process to make strategic management a way of life in

Developing an understanding how, either formally or informally, strategies
are shaped in the current organization
Introducing a well proven algorithm comprising of tools and frameworks for
strategic analyses of the environment, competitiveness of an organization -
that will work in tandem with existing internal processes such that these
could strengthen all other decision making processes
Proving the process by having senior management experience all the
strategy design exercises, including the analytical tools and concepts
through two / three cycle.

Like our vision development exercise, this process also requires extensive
participation of senior management both in line and staff positions.

Building a Globally Competitive Business.

With increasing appreciation of the benefits of free trade, Intellectual Property
Protection, and deregulation in general, companies irrespective of the location of
their headquarters will be required to work with benchmarks which are globally
competitive.
Irrespective of their size, location, and the industry(ies) they belong to, companies
need to develop the ability to produce sound strategies with which to compete as a
global player. We help organizations go through a five phase process to build this

clients could use in designing entry.

re-creation of products and services, such that in areas where the client has
unique advantages these could be put to best use in developing alliances
(M&A opportunities) and / or an overseas base.

indeed sustain, if not enhance competitiveness on an ongoing basis.

Instilling skills for global business management at all levels of the
organization from boards / top management to the floor level, affecting all
management processes and external interfaces.

As national borders take on new meanings, the viability of business will be directly
dependent on ability to compete against the best, and as industrial boundaries blur
best could emerge from multiple spaces. In addition, as the global rules of
competition are constantly changing, we work with clients with long-term
arrangements until the globalization of both hard and soft factors are internalized,
and become self-priming.
